-
- Kids struggling to write properly and not conveying school happenings at home.
Response: We understand that writing can be challenging for our young learners. To assist their progress, we’ve introduced activities to enhance their pincer grasp. Moreover, we’re thrilled to introduce a “clay play time” as part of the curriculum, fostering both creativity and fine motor skills! It is also very common for toddlers to deny opening up to their parents. Introduce the routine of sharing about the day at a specific time of the day like dinner time. Tell your child how your day went at the office, but do not ask them about their day in return. They will gradually, but definitely start catching up and sharing about their day once they understand the concept of the routine. To boost up the process, we will also encourage our little students to share the school happenings at home.

Our favourite suggestions:
-
- “The themes are repetitive. My child is learning the same themes she learned in the previous year.”
Response: We understand the importance of thematic learning and its role in fostering academic knowledge and social awareness. While some themes may indeed remain consistent, the depth and complexity vary as our students progress through different classes. Let’s take the theme “animals” as an example:Playgroup: Little learners explore the vibrant colors of animals, sparking their curiosity about the animal kingdom.
Nursery: Students delve into the world of domestic and wild animals, fostering their understanding of diverse animal habitats.
LKG: Discovering the world of animal calls, children learn to mimic and identify the unique sounds each animal makes.
UKG: Understanding the interconnectedness of the ecosystem, kids learn the vital role animals play in maintaining ecological balance and gain spelling skills too!
With these varying levels of exploration, we ensure a holistic and comprehensive learning experience, setting the foundation for their bright futures!
- “The themes are repetitive. My child is learning the same themes she learned in the previous year.”
-
- A parent strongly denied giving the ratings over the call.
Response: We’re extremely grateful for this parent’s candid feedback, which has been a guiding light on our journey of growth. We cherish constructive input, as it propels us towards achieving our goals with greater clarity!
Regarding our request for ratings during calls, we want to clarify our intentions. Understanding where we stand helps us assess our performance and identify areas where we can enhance our efforts. To ensure transparency and avoid any manipulation, we decided not to put the scoring option as a poll in the group. In some cases, a parent might want to give a lower score, but upon seeing that the majority of parents are giving higher scores, they might feel hesitant to give the score they actually intended to give. As a result, they may end up giving a higher score than they initially intended. This could lead to a potential bias in the overall scores, which we aim to avoid to ensure the feedback remains transparent and unbiased. To improve transparency in announcing the scores, we have decided to share the given scores in each class’s groups immediately after the call session ends
